The King James Bible.

The King James Bible was first comissioned by James VI and I of England in 1604 and was later published in 1611, This version of the Bible was translated from the original hebrew and greek texts. It was translated using a method of translation called formal equivalence, this is important to know as bibles today do not use this method, we will cover that further later on. We the creators at Why Paul's Gospel are saved and have previous experience of what it is like to be reading an incorrect translation and the damaging effects it has on a believer, we hope to pass on what we have learned to you the viewer.

The importance of reading the correct translation.

Anyone who is saved today by believing the gospel, is saved and sealed, they have the gift of grace, Christ lives in them, this is a mystery, and in order for them to understand what the Lord Jesus Christ has given them they need to read Paul's letters daily. If a believer is reading a corrupt translation they will end up tossed to and fro. God has made his scriptures available for anyone who is saved today. Remember God is not the author of confusion but of peace. A believer cannot walk and please God if they are reading a corrupt translation.
